As AP Processor at the SSC-Santiago you will be working closely with finance people in US, Finance Managers and Finance Directors giving a service of excellence in accomplishments with SLA and Experian policies.

The ideal candidate for this role is organized, process orientated, and effective in building relationships with a wide range of finance and business partners.

Major Job Functions

  • Process invoices with accuracy:

  • Process invoices through upload and payment request.

  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to process

  • Prepare the monthly close end including analysis of:

  • Unaccounted transactions

  • Aging

  • Invoices on hold

  • Accruals

  • Reports as needed

  • Work on process improvement to increase productivity maintaining service level

  • Customer service of excellence

  • Assist vendors and Requestors when it is needed

  • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies



  • Studies in Accounting or finance or administration disable.

  • Minimum of 2 years related experience as Invoice/Payment processor or Analyst.

  • Knowledge of PC desktop applications – good manage of Excel

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Organized, detail focused, with the proven ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks

  • Ability to self-start , and work independently

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Strong team player with a positive attitude

  • Knowledge of finance ERP
