As AP Processor at the SSC-Santiago you will be working closely with finance people in US, Finance Managers and Finance Directors giving a service of excellence in accomplishments with SLA and Experian policies.
The ideal candidate for this role is organized, process orientated, and effective in building relationships with a wide range of finance and business partners.
Major Job Functions
Process invoices with accuracy:
Process invoices through upload and payment request.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to process
Prepare the monthly close end including analysis of:
Invoices on hold
Reports as needed
Work on process improvement to increase productivity maintaining service level
Customer service of excellence
Assist vendors and Requestors when it is needed
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
Studies in Accounting or finance or administration disable.
Minimum of 2 years related experience as Invoice/Payment processor or Analyst.
Knowledge of PC desktop applications – good manage of Excel
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Organized, detail focused, with the proven ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks
Ability to self-start , and work independently
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Knowledge of finance ERP
