  • Skimmimg and scanning consumer´s correspondence in order to determine appropriate queue to route to.

  • Analyzing and recognizing valid proof documents.

  • Assisting consumers in an efficient and timely manner, treating consumer´s information with professionalism, ensuring its security and privacy.

  • Complying with outlined procedures, guidelines, laws and regulatory policies.



  • Organized and detail – oriented. Display ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to evolving scenarios.

  • Availability to work from

  • Ability of fast English reading comprehension skimming and scanning letters through.

  • Exceptional use of Hot Keys.

  • Professional behavior and attitude at all times.

  • Ability to follow guidelines from Supervisors.

  • Customer oriented with the ability to serve several areas of the business and several clients.

  • Exceptional ability to make fast and accurate decisions. Exceptional short term visual memory.
