Job Description / Information
Establish itself as the main interlocutor between the company and customers. Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or zones.. Bring purchase orders. Ensure that the goods or services of the company are delivered in a correct and timely;
Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations and in accordance with the company Code of Conduct (CP Nº 1) and highest ethical standards.
Permanent research in order to identify specific sales prospects/contacts or potential market needs;
Present and sell company products and satisfies the customers needs in its product line;
Develop new business;
Follow up actual customers. Provide them information and support;
Trade negotiation with customers about different products;
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up;
Collaborate with others departments in specific areas which require- the customer contact;
Provide information and support to the customers.
Technical or professional studies in any area that might be useful for the- product line that requires fill the position, as determined by the Sales Manager;
Training functioning of the products- of their responsibility, in-field training of clients and sales management, negotiation;
Experience in selling orthopaedic or trauma products;
