The Delivery Pursuit Lead (DPL) role is pre-sales delivery leader accountable for supporting the presales process by shaping and scoping deals to satisfy customers’ requirements. You will work closely with the Account Executive, Account Delivery Executive, Architects and other domain resources as required, to define and scope an appropriate solution that meets the customers’ requirements.
You’re responsible for driving the solutions design process and identifying appropriate skill profiles to land customers’ requirements. You’ll be accountable for providing proposal scope, solution/approach, cost estimates, pre-staffing, financial costs, risks and contingency/risk reserve requirements to the Account Aligned Team. You will reuse Intellectual Property to scope innovative, end-to-end lifecycle solutions whenever possible.
The Delivery Pursuit Lead
Supports the presales process by helping to qualify opportunities and by identifying the customers’ need or services requested timeline for implementation & customers’ budget. Maps Microsoft solutions & identifies technical subject matter experts to support proposal preparation. Leads a virtual team in ascertaining customer vision and priorities and then setting long-term strategy for service delivery that aligns to business objectives. Produces value-based outcomes for customers thru predictable execution.
Leads the proposal team supporting delivery of high quality budgetary estimates and statements of work that will achieve the client’s desired outcomes. Architects a cost effective delivery strategy leveraging off-shore and partner resources as appropriate. Ensures delivery quality by effective assessing engagement risk and mitigating it.
Is responsible for prioritizing presales assets in support of area forecasts and business plans. Communicates solution portfolio and growth strategies while driving domain and area sales team alignment. Coaches and mentors others as required. Takes ownership of and resolves escalations.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor Degree Experience: Experience evaluating work breakdown structures, cost estimations and resource loading Ability to develop strong, productive relationships with colleagues and management to meet targeted objectives

•You have the ability to travel (10%-20%)
