Represent Citigroup tenant and ownership interest for all Banking Business groups under CRS management, including but not limited to:

  • Manage the Real Estate portfolio to ensure optimum use of space, effective use of the lease contract options and effective disposal/sub-lease of property no longer required.
  1. Provides a safe and comfortable environment in all locations through available resources such as engineers, building systems professionals, cleaning and other support staff.

  2. Financial Management: liaison with CRS and FP&A Cluster staff to develop the cluster operating and capital budgets, manage routine reporting and forecasting of cluster budgets, support the Region Head in routine and ad hoc financial reviews and reporting and manage the development, maintenance, reporting and review of all productivity initiatives.

  • Develop and monitor annual Country budgets for operating and capital expenditure, including but not limited to; Staff, Premises, Vendors, Consumables and Utility costs; Investment planning for backlog and cyclic maintenance.

  • Demonstrate year on year improvement in the expense base reduction and increasing efficiency in premises utilisation, as demonstrated by a reduction in the annual cost per seat.

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: liaison with the CRS and LATMEX SMT to develop and manage footprint rationalization plans in the Cluster and coordinate Strategic Planning and analysis activities.

  • Re engineering/Process Transformation: to oversee the development and implementation of right placement strategies in-country, to identify, encourage, initiate and monitor all re-engineering activities to improve efficiencies and/or reduce expenses and report on the Region progress against the CRS Key Initiatives and Innovation goals.

  • Communication and Relationship Management: implement the CRS Regional communication Strategy within Cluste, manage day to day relationships with country FP; country controllers; country accounting policy; Cluster O&T; Cluster E O&T; and business partner business offices.

  • Develop and effectively manage a comprehensive routine facilities maintenance program utilising and co-ordinating contracted services and vendors. Prepare/review maintenance/project specifications and contracts.

  • Manage direct reports with responsibility for all day to day premises operations, service, and related work including, but not limited to: energy management programs/system, overall UPS/Generator system management, etc.

  • Liaise with business senior management on an “ongoing basis”.

  • Manage all types of project including building re-stacking and space planning exercises upon request of customers or to optimize building available space usage, within budget cost. Ensure proper management of architects, engineers, contractors, their legal contracts, performance, invoice payments and compliance with schedules.

  • Administration and inventory of the premises Fixed Assets, including internal reporting to local administrations and auditors.

  • Administer an appropriate Assets Management program to maintain and improve the value of the Corporation’s assets and providing a safe, reliable and cost effective work environment.

  • Ensure that CRS priorities and corporate standards are maintained and observed within budgetary guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with all corporate and local regulations and Legal requirements.

  • Ensures full compliance with Citigroup Policy and Procedures with special attention to CRS Latam Operational Manual.

  • Further scope of tasks and duties is determined in Department Rules and Regulations.

  • Create and implement local Premises solutions sand strategies in line with Corporate directional requirements as they evolve


  • Experience in Asset management tools & procedure.

  • Experience in controlling project during construction phase by means of cost control and activities to achieve completion within approved budget and time frame.

  • Broad knowledge of other related disciplines eg space planning, facilities management, M & E, building regulations and best practice.

  • Knowledge and understanding of customer service quality principles.

  • Knowledge of COB and HR policies.

  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • PC and internet literate.

  • Fluent in English.
