Job Summary:

Plans, schedules and manages projects using establish processes; participates in establishing project requirements.

Provides routine customer liaison functions and participates in the development of operational solutions to customer problems.

Recommends business process and product improvements within one line of customer's business.

Anticipates, researches and identifies root causes, resolves problems and/or transfers problem resolution concepts across environments.

Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze and interpret all the master data entrusted to it by the company. By performing data analysis and appropriate interpretation, a data analyst can assess the importance and effects of the risks associated with making certain decisions that directly affect the company.

This role plays a vital role in analyzing the needs of the business, supporting business initiatives and promoting/advocating standard processes by identifying and supporting the development of new business opportunities and coordinating with delivery teams.

Dimension: Has team coordination responsibility with various support groups in the application and implementation of solutions (although usually direct supervision or management is not handled by this role).

Works independently under moderate supervision to gather system requirements. Presents information on technical subjects to customers, IT management and peer groups. Interfaces with external customers and vendors.

Actual scope to date has focused on Data Management to attend 60% HUB and 40% Trane Panamá, Puerto Rico e Chile.

The role scope includes additional volume through the Panama HUB as well impacts Trane Panamá, Puerto Rico and Chile.

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration / Computer Sciences / Industrial Engineering.
  • MS Excel - Advanced Level. Fluent in Spanish and English (recommended).Minimum of 3 years of data Analysis and visualization experience.3 years managing BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView or Microsoft Power BI).MS Excel - Advanced Level. Fluent in Spanish and English (recommended).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Logistics and transportation industry experience (minimum 2 years) or Finance and Administration industry experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledgeable in ETL tools.
  • Knowledgeable in Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology Project management skills are a plus (PMI Methodology)

  • Minimum of 3 years of data Analysis and visualization experience.

  • 3-5 years managing BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView or Microsoft Power BI).
  • MS Excel - Advanced Level. Fluent in Spanish and English (recommended).
