Lenovo Channel Analyst DCG in Santiago, Chile


  • At least 4 years of experience in Data Center architectures.

  • Experience in Data Center Business Partner development

  • Well versed in Data Center technologies. Must be an expert at least in two of the following:

  • Servers

  • Hyperconverged infrastructure

  • Storage

  • Networking

  • Virtualization/Cloud computing

  • Ability to generate demand to pass it on to BPs

  • Ability to act as a technology evangelist for BPs


  • Plan, develop and implement long term business relationship with Business Partners, including territory, segment focus, go-to-market and strategy.

  • Frequent reviews about transactions and development strategy

  • Annual business plan that clearly indicates specific goals, and the investment level from both Lenovo and Business Partner

  • Define next steps to increase Lenovo’s share of wallet at each business partner

  • Quarterly business review to evaluate results and next quarter initiatives

  • Plan the use of marketing funds and Value Program incentives.


  • Propose and lead the implementation of demand generation tactics, such as end customer events, demonstration, roadshows. Coach the partner in opportunity identification and qualification.

  • Act with the appropriate sense of urgency in solving any issue as soon that it arises.

  • Coordinate on-site training sessions, and ensure BP’s participation to any education event Lenovo announces.

  • Pipeline generation and management

  • Ensure BP and Lenovo sellers understand their role about progressing and maintaining the opportunity sales stage in Salesforce

  • Daily contact with Sellers and presales, to define transactional and planning tactics Fluent English Experience in the industry
