Drive W Culture
Strategic member of the hotel leadership team who always thinks in the shoes of the W consumer and what they want / love. Always challenging how we can make it more W.
Create buzz-building Happenings that drive publicity and occur 4 or more times per year.
Programming is the regular music, fashion and fuel programming that keeps venues alive and gives locals and guests a reason to come back.
Engage and Build your Community
Develop annual marketing plans with counsel and partnership from the GM, ECteam and other teams. Build an Internal Marketing Community that drives initiativesand engagement.
Support sales and work with the Revenue Manager to maximize channels & partnerswithin the hotel. Build and engage a local connector to bring in the right crowd.
Create regular and relevant content, photography, video and social media.Leverage your W network and Field Marketing team. Design, brief, approveand act as counsel on everything creative both front and back of house.
JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
EXECUTE HAPPENINGS & VENUE PROGRAMMING
-Deliver weekly /regular B&Fprogramming to keep people coming back
-Drive quarterly large-scale Fashion, Music and Design focused Happenings
-Work alongside B&F teams and your Internal Creative Community
-Develop additional, regular programming that supports your property
-Set goals, measure success and report back to team
PLAN & STRATEGIZE
-Develop annual hotel marketing and PR plans
-Set and communicate goals and progress regularly
NETWORK, COLLABORATE, COMMUNICATE, CULTURE
-Network:Own and develop local creative communities to engage with W
-Collaborate: Develop relationships inside and outside the hotel
-Communicate: Find local partners to help with Programming
-Culture: Create and lead an internal and external marketing community
SALES & PROPERTY SUPPORT
-Partner with sales to support goals
-Assist sales with creative ideas and solutions
-Manage property design, photography and collateral creation
