Sales Management in South America and Central America region (except Brazil, Chile and Mexico). Sales team size is 3 direct reports. Dental products sales embrace Equipments, Instruments, Imaging and Consumable product lines. Sales to regional Countries Distributors. Largest growth markets are: Colombia, Argentina and Peru.

* High level of capability to face business for customers, and Dental community preferable; * Channel (distributor) management, Channel plans, Channel programs (Incentives, prices, projects, contracts, etc.);
* Must have sales experience minimum of 5 years professional experience teading teams;
* High level of flexibility and ability to manage complex environments;
* Fluent in Spanish and conversational in English; * Managing the various distributors throughout the territory and the sales forecast (market analysis, channel management, etc.).
