Hatch is currently seeking an intermediate level SAP SD, RRB (Resource Related Billing) Consultant with experience in the Professional Services industry for our Hatch Digital group. This opportunity would be located in our Santiago office, with responsibilities in various Central and South American countries starting January 2018. This position will also provide the incumbent with global exposure.
The iPas TF Team in Hatch Digital configures, programs, and maintains the SAP enterprise applications used by Hatch’s Shared Services, Management, and client-facing Project Teams. These components include SAP ECC (modules include FI, CO, SD, PS and CPM), SuccessFactors, C4C, Fiori LaunchPad, Business Warehouse, and Business Objects.
As a Functional Consultant (Solution Analyst) within this group, you will proactively work with business owners, business representatives, users, and other Functional Consultants to understand and translate business requirements into tangible solutions.
The SAP SD, RRB Consultant will be responsible for design, configuration, and implementation of solutions. From a functional perspective, responsibilities include issue resolution and user support of all aspects of the billing process. There will be particular emphasis on aspects of the billing process within our entities located in Central and South America, in particular the e-Invoice requirements of various tax authorities (e.g. DIAN, SII, etc.).
You are a team player, yet an independent thinker, comfortable with sharing and accepting ideas in an open manner. You are a hard worker, able to take on demanding and time-constrained tasks.
The working language of this position will be Spanish when dealing with users in South America, and English when dealing with the other team members and users in other countries.
Design and implement systems solutions: In collaboration with other team members (other Functional Consultants and Technical Team members), provide advice to management and stakeholders, recommend a course of action for required SAP SD, RRB solutions in the following areas: solution scoping, requirements analysis, gap analysis, feasibility, functional design, application configuration, technical specification, testing, production deployment, support and training.
Actively engage with all interested stakeholders and representative user groups in determining business requirements and solution strategy. Communicate recommendations, liaise with Technical Team members, review progress, demonstrate interim work results, conduct user testing and release to production.
Respond to business and project priorities and negotiate scope, budget and timing for fixes and enhancements with the business and the development teams.
Prepare documentation according to standards and need. Adhere to and contribute to Hatch standards applicable to the SAP environment.
Functional testing including unit, integration and regression testing.
Keep abreast of SAP advances and inform the business of any business opportunities or constraints due to such developments.
Support organizational change.
Skills / Qualifications
B.Sc. or Business degree or equivalent
Must have had 1 full SAP implementation project with SD, RRB or Professional Service industry experience
Must have at least 3-5 years of SAP SD, RRB or Professional Service industry support and ongoing system maintenance experience
Should have knowledge and working experience of various functionalities of SD, RRB including:
Pricing – condition types, access sequence, VOFM,
DIP – profile maintenance, material determination, integration
Outputs – condition types, print program(s), forms, batch jobs
Electronic Invoice – specifically using Signature xDoc; countries such as Chile, Peru, Colombia
Experience in working with ABAP developers on technical solutions; basic ABAP understanding is a plus, but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English, and excellent inter-personal skills
Results-oriented, self-starter, capable of working independently and within a team environment to meet deadlines
Superior attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to self-learn new systems and technologies
Willing to work outside of normal business hours as part of a global team and to travel if required
Nice to Have
Experience with the SAP modules: FI-CO, PS, and MM
Exposure to ABAP and de-bug
Experience with Signature xDoc and/or middleware software for eCommerce
Understanding of EPCM / Professional Services business processes
