The International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is a Leadership Development Program that identifies high potential talent to join our Consumer, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices organizations across Asia-Pacific, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Latin America.
We will support you through hands-on assignments at the local, regional, and/or international level, and you'll receive structured training and personal interaction with senior leaders. You will be able to make a significant impact on the business from your first day and will be an integral member of a cross-functional team.
As an IRDP participant you will make significant contributions to the business from day one, interact with diverse international and cross-functional colleagues, and be a part of a culture of opportunities which provides a strong platform for individuals with high career aspirations.

To apply for the 2018 IRDP Program you'll meet the following criteria:
To be considered for full-time positions, you will either be completing a full-time MBA, Master’s, or PhD degree within the coming year or have already done so within the last 12 months.
You will need permanent work authorization in the country where the job is located without the need for sponsorship
You'll be fluent in written and spoken English and the language(s) where the position is located
A confirmed ability to thrive in a complex and changing environment
You will have demonstrated leadership ability, business sense and strong analytical skills
You'll have demonstrable ability to set priorities, deal with ambiguity and craft business change
Four years or more of relevant professional experience prior to enrolling in a Full-Time Master level degree program.
